Following our shortlisting as finalists in two categories at the inaugural Exeter Property Awards, the Fresh Escapes team are delighted to have been chosen as winners in the ‘One to Watch’ category, once again proving that we’re providing the very best levels of service to our homeowners and guests… and the only way is up!

This inaugural event was always going to be a challenging one to compete in. The Exeter Property Awards celebrate the dynamic Exeter property sector.
From residential to commercial, from lettings to new builds, from civic buildings to bold re-imaginings, Exeter simply teems with clever property companies shaping the city’s destiny, and this prestigious awards ceremony celebrated them all.
After entering our nomination, backed by genuine feedback from owners and guests alike, we were incredibly lucky to be shortlisted for two categories: ‘Property Agent’ and ‘The One to Watch’. We’re only ever as good as people say we are, and pride ourselves on delivering on our promises to ensure that our homeowners and guests experience top-quality service that delivers into satisfaction for you. Although our business may seem like a property one, at heart it’s very much one about people too, and we believe this is one of our key differentiators when compared to others across the holiday rental industry.

Composed of a panel of expert judges from all corners of the property sector, the Exeter Property Awards played host to some top names from right across the property sector, including companies in the legal, residential and letting sectors of the industry.
At the reception and awards ceremony in Exeter, our Directors James and Fiona Gardner were incredibly excited to represent Fresh Escapes as we were chosen as the winners in the ‘One to Watch’ category, competing with top businesses from right across the industry.

We’ve also introduced leading best practices through use of smart technology that help owners maximise rental yields and provide protection to their greatest asset, their homes! We prepare and design homes for market to over 300 leading booking portals and bring world-leading guest management services to the Devon tourism market. In addition, our quality-controlled changeover services are inspected within 10 minutes of completion, ensuring a warm welcome and the best possible first impression.
We’re local travel and property management experts, with unprecedented access to local culture and supply chains. With a refreshingly unique approach, we connect guests to what’s going on, where to go, and what to do, enhancing the guest experience in a sustainable way. This local knowledge of Exeter, and wider Devon provides our owners with greater occupancy, lower carbon footprints, and 5-star customer reviews for their properties.
